This is a meatloaf sandwich. The meatloaf is beef, pork, and elk, made with lots of onions, a few eggs, and some rice flour to bind it. It’s on toasted gluten-free bread with some mayo, a bit of ketchup and slices of heirloom tomato. Yes, it’s as tasty as it looks.
