    Chris,

    The trick is to slowly convert yourself.
    If you use two pats of butter, slowly reduce the amount of butter and substitute olive oil.
    But, be sure to add the appropriate amount of salt to the olive oil for taste.

    If it still makes you want to puke, try converting even slower. After 250 years, you should be able to eat your eggs cooked in virtually any type of oil!
